The secret of the soft technique.   Why is it effective?  The secret lies in the capillary network.  Our body is a mass of capillaries, a total length of 100,000km - Two and a half laps around the earth.

How can such a soft technique improve circulation?  The secret of the amazing effects is the capillary network.

The principle of improving capillary circulation is to increase finger pressure slowly, pause, and then release quickly.

1) If you apply pressure slowly and softly on the capillary network, blood is pushed out to the venous side.

2) After resting for 1 or 2 seconds, if the pressure is released quickly, arterial blood flows in from the arterial side.

The blood does not flow backwards because there is a venous check valve. By repeating this procedure, circulation in the capillaries is promoted.

The inside diameter of the capillaries is 8 microns (0.008mm). If you massage hard, the capillaries break and cause internal bleeding (bruising), which will cause inflammation. It will not soften even when rubbed or kneaded like dough. It just breaks the tissue. Just by lightly applying the basic treatment of blood circulation therapy to the right upper extremity, we were able to confirm the effect of improving circulation (increasing blood flow) for more than 30 minutes afterwards.

Evidence of the effectiveness of Blood Circulation Therapy

The measurement of increased blood flow

1 method

After treating the right arm of a 20-year-old man for 5 minutes,  an ultrasonic blood flow sensor was applied to the radial artery for 30 minutes.

The flow velocity increased over the course of 30 minutes in a wave-like fashion over time. His heart rate dropped from 61Bpm to 50Bpm.

3examination

Blood flow is proportional to the flow velocity if the cross-sectional area of the blood vessel is constant. An increase in flow rate for 30 minutes despite a decrease in heart rate indicates a parasympathetic dominant state. It also means that the capillary network has dilatated and blood flow has improved.  Although we only measured for 30 minutes, the effect would be longer if we infer from the graph. After the treatment, the subject felt warmth at the treatment site.

In addition, the grip strength of all subjects improved when measured with a dynamometer after treatment of the forearm muscle group.
